Dear Sam & Karl

I felt I wanted to write to you both, to express my appreciation on your professional conduct regarding the sale of The Mosquito Bar.

A little summary prior to selling the bar.

I knew Karl for 2 years as a customer in the bar, before I realised he was an estate agent. He wasn’t pushy or smarmy like some agents are, which instantly pleased me.

After 3 years in the bar, I felt I needed a rest and a change and so therefore placed the bar on Karl’s books.

Karl brought prospective clients in to the bar and it wasn’t long before it was sold.

At this point, I had more contact with Sam. She advised me exactly what paperwork would be needed to have in place, in order for the sale of the bar to be as smooth and quick as possible.

The time from their clients seeing and purchasing the bar was 2 weeks. Everything went really smoothly and this was because of their professionalism.

I would recommend them to any prospective clients, who are thinking of purchasing a business here in Spain. Indeed, I have now asked them to look for something else for me.
